Willy Marsh Roofing is more than just a roofing company — it’s our whānau’s way of serving the community we’ve always called home. Founded by William and Jean Marsh, proud parents of two daughters, our roots run deep in South Auckland. We grew up here, we work here, and we’re raising our family here.

From day one, we set out to build a business that reflected our values: respect, reliability, and real connections with the people we serve. We believe roofing isn’t just about tiles, nails, and tools — it’s about protecting families, safeguarding homes, and doing the job with integrity every single time.

We’re a true whanau-owned and operated business, not just because we’re husband and wife, but because our team is like family too. Our two talented roofers joined us straight out of school. Four years later, they’ve grown into skilled, dependable tradesmen who are just as committed to quality and care as we are. Their dedication is a big part of what makes our work stand out.

We’ve been fortunate to work on a wide variety of roofing projects across South Auckland — from small repairs and moss treatments to complete re-roofs. But no matter the size of the job, our approach is always the same: clear communication, honest advice, and reliable service. We believe these simple qualities are the true foundation of our success.

Giving back to our community is just as important to us as the work we do. We proudly sponsor local junior and senior Touch teams, supporting young people in sport and helping keep our South Auckland community active and connected.
