An old concrete tile roof stripped back to the framing, re-battened, and replaced in long-run roofing. New underlay and battens the whole way across before a single sheet went down.

Decramastic to long-run roofing

A tired decramastic roof — the pressed steel tiles with the stone chip finish — replaced with dark long-run roofing. Edge protection up for the whole job, vents refitted into the new roof.

Concrete tile restorations

Cleaned, repaired, re-pointed and recoated — often a fraction of the cost of a full re-roof when the structure underneath is still sound.

Opening a roof up is how you find what is actually causing a leak — and what the last person to work on it left behind.
