A small leak can become a much larger problem when it is left untreated. We inspect the roof to identify the likely entry point and recommend a repair based on the condition of the roofing system.
Common repairs include cracked or slipped tiles, damaged flashings, ridge and hip repairs, valley issues, storm damage and faults around roof penetrations. If the roof condition means a repair is unlikely to be a worthwhile long-term solution, we will explain the alternatives.

Common causes we get called to
Valleys and flashings
Where two roof planes meet, and where the roof meets a wall or a chimney, is where most persistent leaks start.
Ridge and hip lines
Old pointing cracks and falls away, and once it has, wind-driven rain gets straight in along the top of the roof.
Blocked gutters backing up
Once water cannot get away it backs up under the tiles and into the fascia. Often the cheapest leak of the lot to fix.
Perished underlay
The second line of defence. When it has gone brittle, every small tile fault above it becomes a leak, and a re-roof is usually the honest answer.
Storm damage
Wind-lifted tiles, cracked ridges and debris packed into the valleys. Call as soon as you can — the sooner it is looked at, the less water gets in.
